Build a Career Where Your Clinical Voice Matters

At The Children’s SPOT, we believe great therapy starts with supported therapists.

We’re a therapist-owned pediatric practice where Board Certified Behavior Analysts work side-by-side with Speech-Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists to provide collaborative, whole-child care. Our interdisciplinary model allows you to focus on what you do best while being part of a team that shares ideas, celebrates successes, and supports one another every day. We also love to have fun and show our appreciation with a variety of events such as massage therapist visits to the office, Kona Ice Truck events, lunches and company parties.

If you’re looking for a workplace where your clinical judgment is respected, your caseload is intentionally designed, and your work makes a meaningful difference, we’d love to meet you.

As part of our team, you’ll enjoy:

  • Therapist-owned and operated leadership
  • Strong RBT staff retention
  • Collaborative interdisciplinary care with ABA, Speech, and OT
  • Intentional caseload design to promote quality care and work-life balance
  • Strong administrative support
  • Professional autonomy and respect for your clinical expertise
  • Opportunities for leadership and professional growth
  • A positive, relationship-focused workplace culture
